Auto Accidents
Car accidents can have devastating effects on victims, leaving some seriously injured, permanently disabled, and financially destroyed. Before the tow truck leaves with your  damaged vehicle, do you know what steps you need to take next? Claims can sometimes be complicated with many forms to fill out, statements to give, insurance deductibles to navigate.
You could try and handle it alone but why? Insurance companies have professionals working for them. Allow my office to assist you with navigating the paperwork and insurance issues, so that you can concentrate on healing from your injuries. If you do not make a recovery there are no legal fees or costs to you.

Wrongful Death Claims
The death of a loved one is tragic under any circumstances. When it is caused by a wrongful act or negligence of another, then a claim for damages may be filed under Florida Law. If you have lost someone through wrongful death, nothing can truly compensate for that loss. However, you do have a right to seek justice and damages on their behalf.

Under the Florida Wrongful Death Act, survivors, including the spouse, children, of the decedent, parents, and any other blood-related dependents, are entitled to recover damages from the liable party, including medical expenses, funeral expenses, and lost net accumulations of the person who died. In many cases certain survivors are also entitled to recover for the mental pain and anguish, and loss of companionship and support of their loved ones.

While no settlement will ever make up for losing a loved one, these damages can alleviate the financial burden on your family. Our firm will provide the legal and personal support you need throughout your case and ensure that you and your family receive every penny you are entitled to.

Slip and Fall/Premises Liability
property managers and commercial business owners are bound by law to keep their premises safe for visitors. Unfortunately, some don’t live up to that responsibility. Each year, thousands of people slip and fall on someone else’s property. These accidents can have devastating consequences.

If you or a loved one has experienced a slip and fall accident due to property owner negligence, the law is on your side, however  liability claims are often heavily disputed by the insurance carrier. Guidance and assistance by an experienced attorney who will relentlessly pursue justice on your behalf more often than not, makes a substantial difference. While there is not a lawyer out there that can make property owners provide a safe environment, we will make sure they are held fully accountable for their actions when their lack of responsibility results in an injury to you or someone you love.

Animal Attacks
Unfortunately many irresponsible and ignorant dog owners either create or allow situations where an otherwise gentle, loving dog becomes agitated and bites an unsuspecting individual. Florida has strict liability laws regarding dog bites. If you or someone you know was injured by a dog, contact our office and we will help you pursue fair compensation for your injuries.

Defective Products
When a dangerous, defective and/or unsafe product causes an injury or death, if the product has a design or manufacturing defect or when the manufacturer provides inadequate instructions for use or insufficient warnings about the hazards then the injured persons’ family or in the worst case, the survivors have the right to bring a claim for their losses and damages. Our firm is experienced in how to successfully pursue product liability claims and class action lawsuits for our clients. We find the important documents that prove the case. We locate and prepare experts and we explain the case to the judge and jury in a way that makes them understand our clients’ injuries and the damages they have suffered.
